1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using submitsheet.com (the "Service"), operated by Submitsheet Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts and Authentication

  • Magic Links: We use passwordless "Magic Link" authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, as it is the primary gateway to your Submitsheet account.
  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Recurring Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day "no questions asked" refund policy for first-time subscribers. Beyond this period, refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use and Data Responsibility

  • User Conduct: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to phishing, fraud, or the collection of sensitive prohibited data (e.g., health records or government IDs) without appropriate legal safeguards.
  • Data Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you collect using our Service. However, you grant Submitsheet Ltd a license to host and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
  • Service Limits: We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that exceed the usage limits of their specific tier or engage in activity that degrades the Service for other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Submitsheet Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks and branding may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Submitsheet Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Submitsheet Ltd makes no warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
